Out of all the dance studios in the Lafayette area, Studio b is my favorite! The atmosphere is family-friendly while also providing strategic dance training. Personally, I have attended adult dance and fitness classes and it is welcoming for all ages!

We have had a dancer at Studio b since 2017. Every year we’re impressed with the commitment of Brooke and her amazing staff in making the studio a family friendly and fun space. Instructors make sure the students have fun while learning in a safe space with positive feedback, and have choreography, music, and costumes that are age appropriate.

My daughter attended the “Royal Dance Party” camp and had a blast. She got to dress up like a princess everyday, play with other children, make princes crafts and learn a dance that was fun but also demonstrated some basic dance technique. The studio was vigilant about keeping the students safe. The instructors were great! I can’t recommend it enough!

Raising a precocious 8 year old granddaughter is a challenge. Keeping her active and engaged is difficult. Brooke and her staff at Studio B have helped me provide great dance and exercise opportunities for her. The instruction she receives is quite excellent. The recital experience is far and away easy on this grandmother. Studio B is an awesome program and I'm glad we literally fell into. I plan on keeping my little girl as involved as long as I possibly can. Thank you Brooke (and Jason)!

Studio B is my happy place! I have never stuck with any type of workout for more than a few months, and I have been going consistently for almost 4 years. The classes are fun, the instructors are great, and I have really noticed a difference in my mind, body, and energy levels. I can't imagine where I would be without Studio B. The instructors and students all truly care for each other. Everyone is welcoming and encourages each other. There is no judgement or snobby attitudes here! Whenever I get discouraged or skip a few classes, I always get a text from the instructor giving me advice or supporting me through it. Just a super positive and safe space :) I can't say enough good things.

My daughter has been going to studio b as soon as she was old enough to start. We absolutely LOVE it there. The staff is amazing. The owner is amazing. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. You couldn’t ask for nicer people! They communicate very well about upcoming events, shows, what you need to bring to dance ect. My daughter has also done the summer camps which are the best experience. Again the summer camp staff is so great and my daughter feels right at home. More importantly I trust her there and she feels safe! Thank you Brooke & studio b team for everything you do!

I love Studio B, I’d been taking adult tap classes with Kate who is just absolutely the most welcoming instructor and a great person. She makes her class environment something to look forward to each week and a place where it’s easy to make friends with classmates and have fun while learning. She really cares about her students and I’ve heard she’s great with the kids as well. Love the ability to opt in or out of performances as an adult depending on what you’re looking for. This is a Lafayette gem and I highly recommend to anyone interested in picking up a new hobby as an adult or taking their children for lessons.

The Studio b Way: Safety-First Dance Education

At Studio b, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s part of our culture. We call it the “Studio b Way.” Our commitment to a secure and nurturing environment drives every aspect of our studio operations and teaching practices.
At Studio b, we are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive atmosphere where dancers can grow, connect, and thrive. To further protect our dancers, we follow secure door-locking procedures in each of our locations:

Main Studio:

The main entrance opens 15 minutes before the first class and remains unlocked until 5 minutes after the last class has started.

Silver Room & West Lafayette Annex:

Doors automatically unlock 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after class has started. If you arrive after the silver room doors have locked, come to the main lobby and our customer service team will let you in. If you arrive after WL annex doors have locked, simply knock and our customer service team will let you in.

Exceptional Studio Spaces Designed for Every Dancer

At Studio b, we take pride in creating spaces where dancers can feel safe, supported, and inspired. Each of our studio rooms is thoughtfully designed with amenities and professional flooring to meet the needs of various dance styles. Along with sprung and marley floors, dancers and families have access to dressing rooms, restroom facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Here’s a look at our unique spaces:

Green Room: A spacious 37′ x 29′ (1,073 sq ft) studio featuring a durable marley floor, ideal for classes requiring a bit of extra space.

Blue Room: Our largest studio at 74′ x 38′ (2,812 sq ft), with a durable marley floor perfect for classes with expansive choreography or large group work.

Silver Room: This 42′ x 16′ (672 sq ft) studio is equipped with a durable marley floor, perfect for styles that demand precision and grip, such as ballet and contemporary.

West Lafayette Studio: Located in West Lafayette, this 45′ x 28′ (1,260 sq ft) space also features a durable marley floor, providing dancers with a comfortable and professional surface.

Main Studio Amenities
Our Main Studio on 9th Street includes a full-service front desk with dancewear, shoes, and a customer service team ready to assist you. At Studio b, every detail of our studio space is designed to help dancers thrive!
